The inception of Ocean Lifespaces dates back to 1994, under the visionary leadership of Mr. S.K. Peter, Managing Director and CEO. As a forward-thinking trailblazer, his primary aim was to change the way people perceive their living and working spaces, by creating environments that mirror their ambitions and dreams. Starting his career as a procurement manager in an interior contracting firm,he was renowned for his work but harbored loftier aspirations.
With his acute business acumen and foresight, he established a general contracting and fitouts company which expanded rapidly, catapulting the firm's turnover from a few lakhs in 1996 to a staggering Rs. 115 crore in 2012, and eventually surpassing Rs. 1000 crore in 2023.
Over the years, Ocean Lifespaces India has ascended to become a leader in the realms of real estate, civil contracting, and commercial development in Chennai.
